Shuttering Oils
Shuttering oil, also called form release agent or mould release oil, is applied to formwork before concreting so the set concrete separates cleanly. The right release agent protects the formwork surface, reduces blowholes and staining on the finished concrete, and increases the number of reuse cycles you get from each panel.
Paam Group supplies the FORMTEK TRENN Series, developed in collaboration with FORMTEK, a German mould release systems company. There are two grades. TRENN PLUS is a milky white emulsion for everyday formwork. TRENN PRO is a golden yellow oil for Class A and architectural finishes. Both come in 20 L drums, 200 L barrels and 1000 L IBCs, with delivery across India from our Hyderabad base.

TRENN PLUS
TRENN PLUS is a milky white mould release emulsion made for standard formwork. It spreads easily by spray, brush or roller and dries to a thin, dry, non-oily film. It gives clean, stain-free release on aluminium, plywood, steel, plastic and rubber formwork. It is the dependable, economical choice for residential and general construction, plywood shuttering, and routine precast production.

TRENN PRO
TRENN PRO is FORMTEK’s premium mould release oil: a golden yellow, clear formulation for work where the concrete surface is the finished surface. It is built for Class A precast, architectural and exposed concrete, high-performance aluminium formwork systems, and complex mould geometries that need superior release. It has a high flash point of 212 °C, very low moisture and ash content, and covers about 54 m² per litre.
